| | Well, I have been keeping myself busy with school and the bf. School is really getting heatic, but I am really enjoying my classes. I will see how well I did on my first test next week and I have my first small paper to get done. I am trying very hard to keep motivated, but it's hard when I get into a funk like today. I feel like I'm spinning my wheels. I keep thinking about the whole "after school" thing and I get really scared. After trying to decide what to do my speech emphasis in (going for the ability to teach oral comm as well as lit classes) I just kept feeling pigeon holed. Am I going to teach the rest of my life? Am I ever going to be a successful published author, or will I end up being that teacher who can't do it, so I'll end up bitter and frustrated? I am really itching to escape. I just need a break from everything around here. I need some spiritual reawakening and rejuvenation. Hopefully that will happen during my time out in NM with Molly. Anyhoo, that's it for me. Hopefully everyone else is not having such issues...lol Later days |
